About the Course

We are all suddenly and forcefully under heightened stress. The everyday life of each of us has changed, we almost every second face new insights, which we have to live with, cope with, which require us to react quickly and which have to be built into the new, changed world picture.
Stresses, challenges, obstacles, and troubles of everyday life have not gone anywhere, but their intensity is now measured in a different way, and new conditions have been added to them, which we have not encountered before, and we also need to adapt to them.

In this little course, we will try to figure out how to overcome stress and live a full and happy life, even under difficult conditions.

Employees will learn how to:

  • Maintain self-control under stress and uncertainty;
  • Select and apply appropriate self-regulation techniques to deal with their own emotional state;
  • Organize their lives and work so as to minimize their exposure to stressors;
    To perceive and use stress as an aid in coping with crisis situations.

The course is suitable for all company employees.
